The
DramaType software utilizes expressive typography to assist
directors in both articulating and analyzing scripts for performance.
The DramaType software grew from needs inherent to the dramatic
process based on expert feedback from drama students. Response
diagramming and mapping were essential in defining the dramatic
process and in visualizing the evolving functionality of the
software based on user testing.
